Receive your personal mantra and learn how to make meditation a daily practice with a Chopra Center Certified Instructor! This program is a 4-session online course. Please select a date/time for your first session. We will work with you to schedule the remaining 3 sessions. Your Primordial Sound Mantra is based on your birth information (date, location, and time of birth). After you book online, expect to receive an application form via email where we will ask for your birth information to retrieve your personal mantra.
